The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between ALMENDREHESA and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contract, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the current and applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.
ALMENDREHESA reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any means admissible by law and shall be binding during the time they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent ones. However, ALMENDREHESA reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
The purpose of the website is the sale of products related to the sector of nuts and derivatives such as defatted almond flour, vegetable oils such as olive oil and almond oil and wine.
The duration of the contract will be linked to the delivery of the product.
As a USER or customer expressly declares to know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general conditions of contract. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access ALMENDREHESA’s websites and to contract through them.

It is a prerequisite that you register as a user of the website to make the purchase online. You can access the corresponding section for registration on the website itself. In accordance with the provisions of current and applicable regulations on Personal Data Protection, ALMENDREHESA informs users that personal data collected during the registration process and subsequent purchase, will be entered into a processing system under its responsibility, in order to process such actions by the user and manage subsequent actions arising from them.

During the purchase process you must identify yourself with the user name and password provided. These data will not be public. You are responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a customer, not being able to transfer them to another. You can modify the information registered at any time in your customer area. In this same section you will have access to a history of your orders, this is only a consultation section, but its management is allowed, and the user can delete those records that he/she considers that it is not necessary to view.
Once the purchase process is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. The receipt of the acknowledgement of receipt does not imply that the order has been accepted, since it is an offer from the User to make a purchase. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance by ALMENDREHESA. Likewise, ALMENDREHESA will confirm the acceptance by sending the User an email with the shipping confirmation. Only at this moment the contract between the User and ALMENDREHESA will be formalized.
In the event that the payment is not accepted for any reason, the User will be informed and the process of placing the order will be cancelled and the order will have to be placed again. ALMENDREHESA will not be responsible in any case for the consequences that the cancellation of the order may have for the User.

The customer, upon receipt of the product at the delivery address provided, will receive an invoice or copy of the order.
The products offered in our online store incorporate photographs and the essential characteristics of the product. They are organically certified products with justification 4 Returns that demonstrates their quality.
The farmers are located in the ALVELAL territory, being this: Altiplano de Granada, Comarca de Baza, Comarca de Guadix, Comarca de Los Vélez, Comarca del Alto Almanzora, Comarca del Noroeste de Murcia. All of them are ecologically certified and linked to a commitment to the application of soil and landscape regenerative agricultural techniques. They are also associated with the Alvelal Association and have access to its benefits and visits from the competent technician for the application of regenerative practices on their farms.
Traceability and clarity is for ALMENDREHESA a task that communicates its transparency and quality. Information will be given to any customer who wants to know the traceability of their product.
All products indicate the selling price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, it will be indicated (IGIC or IPSI).
The prices that there are in each product in the showcase of the page are the calculated ones after the accomplishment of the exhaustive escandallo that we realize according to the prices of the fish market, those of sale of the farmers and the different costs.
Most of our products are harvested annually. Therefore, each year these costs will vary and, although we will try to establish prices as constant as possible, they may vary after the different harvests.
In case of a product on offer, it will always be indicated, along with its essential characteristics, the offer price and the validity of the offer.
In compliance with current regulations, ALMENDREHESA provides information on all items on sale, their characteristics and prices. However, ALMENDREHESA reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products offered at all times by the website will be governed by the General Conditions of Contract in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
The availability of the products offered by ALMENDREHESA may vary depending on customer demand. Although ALMENDREHESA periodically updates its stock, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that moment.
In case of non-execution due to unavailability, ALMENDREHESA, as soon as it becomes aware of this situation, will notify the customer by e-mail of this situation in accordance with the information we have received from our collaborating manufacturers from different factories or suppliers, in which case the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amounts paid.
ALMENDREHESA may give the double option of supplying the customer, without price increase, a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality, and/or, except for reasons justified and demonstrable by ALMENDREHESA within the same period, refund the sums paid for the cancelled order.
ALMENDREHESA will not be responsible in any case for the consequences that the cancellation of the order may have for the User.
For orders to final consumers, we will prepare the order according to the priority of arrival of the request, making the shipments within the timeframes described below:

ALMENDREHESA ships both nationally and internationally.
Shipping costs will be borne by each user and will be included in your purchase invoice.
The company with which we normally ship is GLS, sometimes NACEX and for large shipments RADICOURIER.
The rates that we will apply are those directly applied by these companies and will depend on the weight and destination.
The free shipping costs for orders over 50 euros will be applied to the final consumer, in parcel service, for the peninsular territory. For other territories consult more information in the mail pedidos@almendrehesa.es

The types of economic transactions to formalize the payment will be the following:
